Overview
This policy explains how Signalwake handles information and reflects the app’s current features.
Information the app does not collect
Signalwake does not collect, sell, or share personal data. It contains no advertising, no analytics, and no tracking, and no third-party SDKs of any kind.
Information stored on your device
Signalwake stores gameplay data on your device: campaign progress, stars, Mastery Contract records, your daily streak, suspended runs, and audio and haptics settings. This data stays on your device and is used to save your progress and apply your settings.
iCloud sync
When available and enabled through your Apple Account, campaign progress may sync through Apple’s private iCloud key-value store so it follows you between your own devices. OrinByte never sees that data.
Game Center
Game Center is optional. If you choose to sign in, scores and achievements you submit are handled by Apple under Apple’s privacy policy. If you decline Game Center, the whole game remains playable.
Purchases
Signalwake is a one-time paid app with no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Purchase and payment are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. OrinByte receives no payment details.
Information sent when contacting support
If you contact support, your message may include information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your support request.
What the app does not use
Signalwake does not use advertising, analytics, or tracking of any kind. It needs no account, no network connection, and no system permissions. It does not request access to your contacts, photos, location, camera, or microphone.
Apple services and third-party privacy policies
Apple services may process information under Apple’s policies. Apple processes iCloud, Game Center, and App Store information under its own policies; please review Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Choices and controls
iCloud availability and settings are managed through your Apple device and Apple Account. You can turn iCloud sync on or off through those settings. Game Center is optional and can be declined.
Retention and deletion
Gameplay data remains on your device while the app’s local data remains there. Deleting the app removes its local data. If iCloud sync is enabled, iCloud-synced progress can be removed through your device’s iCloud settings.
Support messages are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, resolve the issue, or maintain records required by law.
Privacy requests
To ask about information included in a support message, or to request its deletion, contact support with the subject line “Signalwake Privacy Request.” Please describe your request and the email address used to contact support. We may ask for information needed to verify and process the request, and will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
Signalwake collects no personal data from anyone, including children. The game does not include account registration, social features, or user-generated content. Questions about privacy can be sent to support.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app changes. We will post the current version here with a revised update date.
