Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use govern your use of Glowmender, an iOS puzzle game provided by the publisher (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and Apple App Store terms
You may use the app only in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s applicable App Store terms and usage rules. Where Apple presents its Standard End User License Agreement through the App Store, that agreement governs your license to use Glowmender. These Terms are supplemental product terms; they do not replace or reproduce Apple’s Standard EULA. If these Terms conflict with Apple’s applicable terms, Apple’s terms control to the extent of the conflict. The App Store is provided by Apple, not by us.
License to use the app
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Glowmender on Apple devices that you own or control. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or use the app beyond this licence except where applicable law permits.
Gameplay, progress, and availability
Glowmender includes puzzles, restoration progress, and Daily Light puzzles. We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or iOS version.
In-app purchase
Glowmender offers a one-time full-game unlock for remaining buildings and windows. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Prices, billing, refunds, and purchase management are governed by Apple’s applicable terms and policies. You may restore eligible purchases using the same Apple Account.
User conduct
Please use Glowmender lawfully and respectfully. Do not interfere with the app or its services, attempt to access systems you are not authorised to access, or use the app in a way that harms others.
Intellectual property
Glowmender, including its software, puzzles, artwork, text, and design, is owned by the publisher or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Third-party services
Apple App Store, iCloud/CloudKit, and StoreKit are used to provide app-related functionality. Your use of those services is also subject to Apple’s applicable terms and policies.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to the app or terms
We may update the app or these terms. The current terms will be posted on this page with a revised update date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by law.
