Agreement
These Terms of Use govern your use of Word Terrarium, an iOS word-ladder game published by OrinByte (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use Word Terrarium on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal use. You may not copy, modify, redistribute, or reverse engineer the app, except where applicable law permits.
Purchase and refunds
Word Terrarium is sold through the App Store, and Apple’s terms apply to the purchase. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple, not the developer. The developer never receives your payment details.
Ownership
Word Terrarium, including its software, puzzles, artwork, text, and design, remains the property of OrinByte or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and updates
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or its features when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or iOS version.
Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
