NonoPix is a nonogram puzzle game for iPhone and iPad, provided by OrinByte (“OrinByte”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This policy explains the information handled when you use NonoPix and the choices available to you.
Information used by NonoPix
NonoPix keeps game information needed for the experience, including puzzle progress and the preferences you choose in the app, such as reduced-motion and haptics settings. This information allows the app to save your progress and apply your chosen settings.
NonoPix does not require a user account to play.
Purchases
NonoPix offers a one-time Full Version purchase. Payments, purchase authorization, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple handles payment information under its own terms and privacy policy; OrinByte does not receive your full payment-card or billing details.

Support communications
If you contact us at support@orinbyte.com, we receive the information you include in your message, such as your email address and the details needed to respond. We use that information to provide support and resolve the issue you report.
How information is shared
We share information only where necessary to provide the service described above:
- Apple processes App Store purchases and restorations.
- Your email provider processes a support message that you choose to send.
Retention and your choices
Game progress and settings remain on your device unless you remove the app or otherwise delete them using your device’s controls. Support correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond to, document, and resolve your request.
