These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of NonoPix, a nonogram puzzle game for iPhone and iPad provided by OrinByte (“OrinByte”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By downloading or using NonoPix, you agree to these Terms.
Using NonoPix
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to use NonoPix on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable usage rules.
Please use NonoPix lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the app, reverse engineer it except where applicable law permits, or use its content or software beyond the rights granted here.
If you use NonoPix on behalf of a child, you are responsible for that child’s use of the app.
Full Version purchase
NonoPix offers a one-time Full Version purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
Purchases and eligible purchase restores are processed through Apple’s App Store and StoreKit. Purchase availability, payment, refunds, and related matters are also subject to Apple’s terms. If you have a purchase issue, first use the in-app restore option where applicable; for additional help, contact support@orinbyte.com.
Ownership
NonoPix, including its software, puzzle presentation, artwork, text, and design, is owned by OrinByte or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any part of NonoPix to you.
Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of NonoPix when reasonably necessary, including to improve the experience, address security or technical issues, or meet legal requirements. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available on every device or iOS/iPadOS version.
Disclaimers
NonoPix is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, OrinByte disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Your continued use of NonoPix after an update takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
